Arthroscopic surgery inventory

Knee arthroscopy : anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, anterior cruciate ligament preservation reconstruction, femoral single tunnel anterior cruciate ligament double bundle reconstruction (the first in the eastern provinces), four-bone tract anterior cruciate ligament double bundle anatomical reconstruction, posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, posterior cruciate ligament double bundle reconstruction, medial collateral ligament repair, medial collateral ligament stop injury anchor repair, posterior medial structure repair, medial collateral ligament reconstruction lateral collateral ligament repair, lateral collateral ligament reconstruction, and posterior posterolateral structural reconstruction. In meniscal injuries, meniscus shaping, repair and meniscal suturing (medial-external, lateral-internal, total-internal) are used to preserve the meniscus as much as possible, avoiding the negative consequences of meniscectomy. The discoid meniscus is preserved as much as possible by molding. In cartilage injury and osteoarthritis, the application of minimally invasive arthroscopic cleanup was used to obtain satisfactory results, and microfracture and cartilage mosaic graft were used for cartilage injury. Recurrent patellar dislocation is treated with the internationally popular patellofemoral ligament reconstruction, and the correction is complete without recurrence. N fossa cyst adopts the latest concept of internal drainage of transarticular cyst to relieve joint pain and eliminate cyst symptoms. Arthroscopic gougeolithotomy is performed for gouty arthritis. Total knee synovectomy for pigmented villous nodular synovitis and rheumatoid arthritis. For septic arthritis, joint irrigation and drainage is performed. Shoulder arthroscopy: We are the first in the city to perform minimally invasive arthroscopic treatment of rotator cuff injury, subacromial impingement, calcific tendonitis, recurrent dislocation of shoulder joint and other shoulder diseases. Ankle arthroscopy : Lateral ankle instability, anterior ankle impingement, posterior talar triangle cartilage injury of the ankle, ankle osteoarthritis.
