How does “needle-free hydrafacial” achieve facial rejuvenation?

The skin is the largest organ of the human body and the most important standard of human health and beauty. As we age, the skin gradually becomes rough, wrinkled and saggy. In the past, face lift surgery was mostly applied to improve the phenomenon of facial laxity and aging. Although significant results have been achieved, it takes a long time to recover after surgery, and the economic cost is large and there are more side effects, so a more suitable treatment method is needed to make up for the above deficiencies. Radiofrequency treatment is a non-invasive and non-surgical treatment method that has emerged in recent years, with significant wrinkle reduction effects, high efficiency and safety, and few adverse reactions. Needle-free hydrafacial injection is a needle-free injection device that injects different nutrient solutions into the dermis of the candidate to achieve facial rejuvenation and other effects. In this test, we combined two medical aesthetic treatments, “needle-free hydrophoresis” + “radiofrequency therapy”, aiming to use non-surgical methods to remove wrinkles and inject facial nutrients at the same time, and finally complete facial rejuvenation. I. Selection of experimental subjects A total of 64 cases were selected for facial aging treatment in our hospital, and randomly divided into study group and control group. Control group: 32 cases, including 4 males and 28 females, aged 35 to 55 years old, with an average age of (41.2±2.7) years; Study group: 32 cases, including 2 males and 30 females, aged 35 to 55 years old, with an average age of (41.2±2.7) years. Inclusion criteria: ① those with rejuvenation claims; ② female candidates were in non-menstrual period; ③ there were tissue laxity manifestations in the lower face; ④ there were nasolabial lines, anterior jaw furrow, marionette lines and dull skin tone; ⑤ all candidates understood the whole process of the study and voluntarily signed the informed consent form. Exclusion criteria: ① those with systemic diseases affecting the study such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular; ② those with coagulation dysfunction; ③ those with infected lesions on the face; ④ those who have applied a large amount of hormones within 2 weeks; ⑤ those who seek medical treatment for allergies; ⑥ those who have a history of permanent material filler in the area to be treated; ⑦ those who are pregnant or breastfeeding; ⑧ those who have not been treated according to the study regulations and cannot evaluate the efficacy. II. Preparation before treatment Before treatment, the candidates were informed of the treatment reactions and precautions, and thorough facial skin cleansing was to be performed, while the same machine was applied to record and file the frontal, left 45°, right 45°, left 90° and right 90° of the candidates’ faces. Third, the treatment process The control group applies radiofrequency treatment, thoroughly clean the facial skin of the candidate before treatment, and apply coupling agent after the skin is completely dry. The treatment time of the whole face is 25 minutes, and the treatment time is once a week, and 10 times a course. During the treatment, the physician should sit directly in front of the patient’s head and adjust the treatment frequency and energy appropriately according to the actual situation of the study subject. After the treatment, proper hydration and sun protection should be performed. In the study group, on the basis of the treatment in the control group, needle-free hydrophobic injections were applied in combination with the treatment. The treatment is carried out once a week, and 10 times is one course of treatment. Evaluation of efficacy: After the treatment, an evaluation team was formed, including 2 attending physicians and 5 nurses, and the following evaluation was made according to the evaluation results. Efficacy evaluation criteria: The efficacy evaluation was conducted after the end of the whole course of treatment. Significant: skin wrinkles were reduced by more than 75%, skin laxity was significantly improved, and skin fairness and luster were significantly improved; Effective: skin wrinkles were reduced by 25% to 75%, skin laxity was somewhat improved, and skin texture was also improved; Ineffective: skin wrinkles, laxity and texture were changed by less than 25% or did not improve. Changes in facial parameters: The facial lift, brow lift and nasolabial fold lift of the two groups of candidates were measured six months after treatment by applying the 3D SC-400 conformal light scanning system. Incidence of adverse reactions: The incidence of adverse reactions such as temporary erythema and mild edema was counted for both groups, and the incidence of adverse reactions was calculated. Attendee satisfaction rate: The satisfaction rate of the candidates was evaluated by applying the percentage questionnaire. Fully satisfied: those with scores of 90 and above; basically satisfied: those with scores of 60 to 89; unsatisfied: those with scores of 60 or less. V. Treatment results Comparison of clinical efficacy: the comparison of efficacy at the end of treatment, the significant rate and efficiency of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group. Changes in facial parameters after treatment: the degree of facial lifting, brow lifting and nasolabial folds lifting in the study group were significantly higher than that in the control group, with significant differences. Incidence of adverse reactions: temporary erythema and mild edema occurred in both groups, and the incidence of adverse reactions was 6.24% in both groups, and there was no significant difference in comparing the two groups. Satisfaction rate: the complete satisfaction rate of the study group reached 87.5%, and the satisfaction rate was 96.87%, while the complete satisfaction rate of the control group was 59.38%, and the satisfaction rate was 87.5%, and the study group was significantly better than the control group when comparing the two groups, and there was a significant difference. The results of this study showed that the efficiency of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the RF group, and there was a significant difference, which fully confirmed the good clinical effect of RF combined with needle-free hydrophobic injection and the effect was more rapid; after half a year, the degree of facial lifting, eyebrow lifting and nasolabial fold lifting of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the RF group, which indicated that the effect was maintained for a long time while the good effect was enhanced; the adverse effects of the two groups were not statistically significant. There was no statistically significant adverse reaction in the two groups, indicating that there was no serious adverse reaction in the combined application, and it was safe and reliable; comparing the satisfaction rate of the two groups, the combined group was significantly higher than the RF group, and the difference was statistically significant, further indicating that the combined application achieved the ideal goal of the patients. Conclusion: RF treatment combined with needle-free hydrophobic injection in facial rejuvenation application has good clinical efficacy, long duration of effect, high safety, and improved satisfaction rate of the candidates, which we think is suitable to promote the application of facial rejuvenation project. Tips: Facial aging mostly starts at the age of 25 with wrinkles, sagging of the skin, accumulation of local fat and overall downward shift of the supporting structure. Clinical treatment for facial aging includes surgical facelift, chemical peel, filler, laser and photorejuvenation with botulinum toxin injection, but they each have their own advantages and disadvantages. Asians mostly have type III to IV skin, which is easily affected by skin type and race when performing various photoelectric techniques, chemical peels, especially some invasive laser treatments, and are prone to side effects such as scarring and pigmentation after surgery; although they have good wrinkle removal effects, they have disadvantages such as large trauma, long recovery period and high risk, which affect the life and work of the candidates, and are also ineffective for subtle scar is not effective. RF is a kind of electromagnetic wave with high-frequency AC variation, and the thermal effect produced is related to the skin impedance but not to each target chromophore in the skin, therefore, its heating to the tissue will be more uniform and continuous than that of laser, and it can act on the whole layer of the skin. The thermal stimulation induces collagen fibers and elastic fibers to contract immediately, and at the same time activates the skin’s repair and healing mechanism, so that new collagen is stimulated and eventually achieves regeneration and remodeling. Because the new collagen and skin remodeling after RF are mostly concentrated in the dermis, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation due to epidermal damage is largely avoided. At the same time, the burning and pain generated during RF treatment are within the tolerance of the patient, and there are only two kinds of adverse reactions, namely transient erythema and edema, which are mild, and the treatment effect can be maintained for 3 to 6 months or even up to 1 year. A large number of clinical studies have confirmed that both monopolar, bipolar, and microneedle fractional radiofrequency have satisfactory clinical efficacy and good application prospects. Needle-free hydrophobic injection is based on the principle of aviation patent technology rocket jet, applying short-wave electromagnetic pulse technology to instantly blast hyaluronic acid, therapeutic drugs and nutrients into nano-sized micro-droplets, based on the principle of not harming epidermal cells, and injecting nano-sized liquid directly into the skin dermis through natural skin channels at a speed of 220m/s, in a painless and non-invasive state, in order to achieve remarkable clinical efficacy, which is more effective than The treatment effect of traditional hydrophobic injection system is more significant. The whole process of needle-free hydrafluorescence injection treatment is painless, non-invasive, easy to operate, on-the-go, without side effects, with long-lasting and natural effects, and with good results on various skin problems. Radiofrequency treatment before facial cleaning, and needle-free water light has a deep cleaning function; radiofrequency energy drives the molecules in the body at high speed, so after treatment the skin of the candidate is in a state of dehydration, needle-free water light can inject moisturizing nutrient solution, fully compensate for the lack of water after radiofrequency; therefore, the joint application of radiofrequency and needle-free water light injection treatment effect is remarkable, the effect is rapid, and a wide range of applications, maintenance time Longer maintenance time.
