ERSA, Troche and Kemena are generally taken 2 hours before breakfast in the morning after waking up, or at night before going to bed, while avoiding lipid foods including milk, tea, etc. for 2 hours after taking them. For example, spore oil, spore powder, opium bark and other drugs cannot be taken at the same time as Erythroxene, and it is best to stagger them, such as transferring them to the afternoon. Of course spore oil, spore powder and opium oil and so on have almost no effect. What are the foods I should not eat while taking Irisa, Troche and Kemena? ERSA, Troche and Kemena are effective for lung cancer with EGFR mutation, and the effect will usually be seen around 1-7 days after taking them, or within 2 weeks if it is slower. Very few patients have effect after one month. Most patients will experience side effects such as rash, diarrhea and weakness after taking Easy, and most of them will appear around 7-15 days, or even earlier or later. It is generally believed that side effects and effects are correlated, but not causally. However, side effects are not the only criterion, because there are many patients who have no side effects but have the same effect. Therefore, it is generally recommended to do a review one to two months after taking the medication to determine the effect, and only the test results are the most accurate criterion. The longest patient is 8 years – 11 years, 3 years to 5 years of many. So be sure to cherish, be sure to follow the regular, quantitative medication, do not arbitrarily change the dose, or stop eating to eat. Such is very easy to lead to early drug resistance. The side effects of ERSA, Troche and Kemena are rash, diarrhea, etc., which usually appear when the drug takes effect and then slowly reduce. Side effects should be closely observed. The principle of adverse reactions: generally mild to moderate adverse reactions, the patient can tolerate, generally do not need special treatment; if there are serious adverse reactions, the patient can not tolerate, affecting the patient’s quality of life must be discontinued and make the corresponding symptomatic treatment. Discontinuation of the drug is generally controlled in 7-14 days, preferably not more than 14 days. In general, after a period of discontinuation, the side effects will be more significantly reduced when the drug is taken again. In conclusion, do not discontinue the drug as a last resort to avoid rebound or advancement of drug resistance. Grapefruit should not be taken with ERSA, Troche and Kemena, as well as drugs that inhibit CYP3A4 enzyme activity. Digestive system : Diarrhea: In case of severe diarrhea, it should be suspended immediately to prevent excessive dehydration, imbalance of water and salt metabolism, digestive and nutritional disorders in the body, and apply antidiarrheal drugs to treat diarrhea, commonly used antidiarrheal drugs: difenoxil (phenelzine) ; loperamide hydrochloride (Emmenthal). Eat light food, avoid spicy food and dairy products (which can aggravate diarrhea), avoid drinking water during and 1 hour after meals, and other measures. Note: Use of Emmonstop 4mg, followed by 2mg/4h until diarrhea stops 12h; if diarrhea does not stop after 24h, increase Emmonstop to 2mg/2h and add oral quinolone antibiotics (e.g. haloperidol) as appropriate; if diarrhea does not stop after 48h, apply octreotide, 100-150μg SC q8h, and administer until diarrhea stops 24h. Prophylactic application of Emmonstop is not recommended. The prophylactic use of Emmenthal is not recommended to prevent diarrhea. If the diarrhea is severe, or if it is accompanied by vomiting, gastrointestinal bleeding, oliguria, anuria or even shock, fasting should be performed, and large amounts of fluids should be given intravenously to maintain water and electrolyte balance, multivitamins should be given intravenously, and potassium should be supplemented if there is hypokalemia. In severe cases, short-term application of glucocorticoids can be considered to reduce the symptoms of poisoning. Avoid foods or drinks that accelerate intestinal peristalsis, such as dairy products, fruit juices, large amounts of fruits and vegetables, pepper, spicy foods, etc.; recommend lotus root powder, rice flour, thin rice, millet porridge, noodle soup without oil and other fluids, hot apple puree. Pay attention to the warmth of the abdomen, use a warm water bag to warm the abdomen. Clean the buttocks and perianal area to avoid infection. Other recommended drugs are: Diphenoxylate, Bifico, Rejuveno, etc.
