Children’s pharyngolaryngitis includes pharyngolaryngitis and laryngolaryngitis 2 kinds of diseases, its treatment method is different according to the different clinical classification, there are individual differences in the treatment, and it is impossible to assert which kind of treatment is the fastest.
1. Pharyngitis:
(1) acute pharyngitis: ① local treatment: gargles (such as furacilin solution), tablets (such as iodine tablets), etc.; ② systemic treatment: mainly antibiotics (such as amoxicillin), anti-virals (such as vaxilovir) and other anti-infective drugs, which need to be selected according to the pathogen.
(2) chronic pharyngitis: ① chronic simple pharyngitis: tablets, gargles (as above) treatment; ② chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis: physical (such as laser) or drug (such as silver nitrate solution) therapy to cauterize hypertrophic lymphoid follicles; ③ atrophic or dry pharyngitis: commonly used in vitamins and other treatments.
2. Laryngitis: divided into acute and chronic 2 categories.
(1) acute laryngitis: ① acute treatment: such as severe dyspnea, tracheotomy, severe infections, the use of adequate antibiotics; ② general treatment: such as reducing vocal; ③ drug therapy: commonly used glucocorticosteroids (such as budesonide), mucus promoters (such as aminoglutethimide hydrochloride) and so on.
(2) chronic laryngitis: ① symptomatic treatment: the same as the above general and drug treatment; ② causative treatment: there may be gastroesophageal reflux disease and other primary pathologies, the diagnosis of the need for relevant treatment.
However, it should be noted that the specific efficacy of the above methods varies from person to person, and there is no so-called “fastest treatment method” that can achieve good results for all patients. Therefore, children diagnosed with pharyngitis or laryngitis must receive individualized treatment as prescribed by their doctor.
