Allergies and pimples

Allergic bumps are clinically common in urticaria, and may also be seen in insect bite dermatitis, also known as papular urticaria. If the itch is obvious, you can apply topical topical furnace glycerine lotion to stop the itch and control the development of inflammatory lesions, but of course you also need to take oral antihistamines to stop the itch, such as oral loratadine or paracetamol, ketotifen and so on. You can also take oral Chinese medicine, such as anti-feng and anti-itch granules or anti-feng and tong shen granules. If the bumps are papules or herpes, or even vesicles or exudates, you need to apply topical creams, such as trimethoprim cream or paregoric pine cream, to control the local inflammatory exudation and development. Oral glucocorticoids, such as dexamethasone or prednisone, should also be administered according to the severity of the lesions.
