Upright test urine specimen: The bladder was emptied before bedtime, and the patient was inactive in the morning and urinated in front of the bed, 10ml of mid-morning urine was retained as upright front urine. Then let the patient stand with the heel 20cm away from the wall, in the shape of chest and concave waist for 20 minutes, and then move freely, if there is urination, then take 10ml of middle segment urine, as upright post urine, both urine specimens need to be sent for examination. 5. urine release specimen: take clean middle segment urine as the first cup specimen in the morning, then drink 300~500ml of water, after there is urine, then take middle segment urine as the second cup specimen, both cups should be sent for examination at the same time. 6. urine Bacterial culture specimen: first receive the urine culture specimen bottle, morning directly to the test tube, the amount of clean middle urine, about 3 ~ 5 ml, pay attention to absolute cleanliness, do not contaminate the mouth of the bottle, do not tilt. Warm tip: If female patients are menstruating, please do not keep the specimen for a while, as it may lead to inaccurate results.
