Lactose intolerance symptoms, how to drink pure milk

Lactose intolerance may present with symptoms such as bloating, diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting. You may choose to drink milk in small quantities or choose low-lactose dairy products to alleviate the symptoms.
Lactose intolerance is mainly manifested by gastrointestinal symptoms such as bloating, abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, etc. A small number of patients may experience constipation due to weakened intestinal function.
People with lactose intolerance are advised not to drink milk on an empty stomach, but to drink milk with other grains, preferably in small amounts (symptoms of lactose intolerance are positively correlated with intake), and to choose low-lactose dairy products (e.g., lactose-free, low-lactose dairy products or yogurt).
