During this period, although it is possible to walk on the ground normally, but try to avoid long walks, strenuous exercise, excessive weight bearing and other activities. It is recommended to walk on crutches or use a wheelchair.
2. Oral medication: Common medications include non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, such as etoricoxib and celecoxib, which can help local inflammation subside and reduce pain.
3. Physical therapy: infrared radiation, acupuncture, hot compresses and other treatments can be performed to promote local blood circulation and help recovery.
4. Surgery: For large ischemic necrosis of the talus caused by chronic strain injury, bone grafting or talus joint fusion surgery can be chosen for treatment. Rehabilitation is usually needed after surgery and may take 4-6 months to recover.
