Notes on medication and diet for children with hemophilia

  Analgesics prohibited in haemophiliacs with haemophilia and their aliases: Aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid) Anti-inflammatory pain (indomethacin) (aminomethacin) Pansentin (dipyridamole) (dipyridamole) Protetrasone (sulforaphane, thioxazone, phenylsulfonazone, phenylsulfaprotetrasone) Inflammatory pain (piroxicam, Anker) Sulforaphane tablets (Cardinal tablets, Chironolactone) Analgesics permitted in haemophiliacs Paracetamol (Acetaminophen, Antipyretic, Pepto-Bismol, Pepto-Bismol, Tylenol, Paracetamol, Acetaminophen) Fenbid (Ibuprofen extended-release capsules) Any drug with the wording “inhibits platelet aggregation” or “prevents thrombosis” on the drug description is prohibited for hemophiliacs. The drug is prohibited for patients with hemophilia.  Foods and vitamins that should not be eaten: Fish and seafood: The 20-carbon 5-enoic acid contained in fish can inhibit platelet aggregation, which can aggravate bleeding symptoms in patients with bleeding disorders. Fish rich in 20-carbon 5-enoic acid include: sardines, mackerel, tuna, etc. Patients with hemophilia should eat less fatty sea fish, and should not take fish oil and other products. However, carp and halibut, which contain less 20-carbon 5-enoic acid, can be eaten in small quantities.  Black fungus has the effect of inhibiting platelet aggregation and preventing blood clot formation. Garlic, onion, green onion, chrysanthemum, shiitake mushroom, lobelia and strawberry, pineapple also have some anticoagulant effect. Tomatoes, red grapes, oranges, contain a small amount of aspirin-like salicylic acid anticoagulant substances. In addition, nori, kelp, and chili peppers also have anticoagulant substances.  Vitamin E. has the function of preventing the formation of blood clots.  Recommended vitamins: Vitamin K: essential for the synthesis of prothrombin and coagulation factors in the liver, vitamin K deficiency can cause clotting disorders. This product also has analgesic effects.  Vitamin C: Reduces capillary permeability and accelerates blood clotting.
