How about stone chronic cholecystitis that requires surgery

Many patients ask me if they need surgery during the clinic. How about gallbladder stones that can be treated conservatively? Surgery is a double-edged sword that can cause trauma to the patient while solving the disease. The clinical requirement is to solve the problem with minimal trauma, but even a minimally invasive surgery can be traumatic to the body. Based on my clinical experience, I would like to summarize the situation of patients who need surgical treatment as follows: 1. Diabetes (no contraindication to surgery); 6. porcelain gallbladder or gallbladder stone filled gallbladder; 7. gallbladder stones combined with gallbladder adenomyosis.
