Cirrhosis: after the occurrence of cirrhosis, it may lead to bile excretion obstacle in the gallbladder area, which may lead to bacterial infection, and the accumulation of bile in the gallbladder will produce chemical stimulation to the gallbladder wall, resulting in thickening of the gallbladder wall, which will also have the manifestation of uniform thickening of the gallbladder wall with enhanced DWI high signal.
