Why is your urine cloudy when you eat meat?

When the human body consumes more meat, the phenomenon of cloudy urine can occur. This is mainly because meat contains more protein and inorganic salts, which will be filtered out into the urine after the blood flows through the kidneys, and this urine will become clarified by adding acidic reagents, which can prove to be inorganic salts, such as phosphate urine. Patients are advised to drink more water and urinate more often if they do not have any symptoms, and to reduce the intake of meat, because these phosphate urine can easily form phosphate stones once there are too many. If the patient has symptoms of discomfort, such as frequent urination, urgent urination, painful urination, or back pain, it is possible that tiny stones have been formed. If there is no discomfort, there is no need to worry, just try to avoid eating too much meat at night and go to sleep immediately. It is very easy for stones to form during nighttime sleep after excessive meat intake.
