If the patient has fatigue in both legs: First, it is seen in the case of spinal cord compression in the cervical spinal canal, which leads to spinal edema, early numbness in the soles of the feet bilaterally, and as the disease progresses, a feeling of binding in both lower extremities, which leads to fatigue in the legs and, in severe cases, unstable walking and weakness. The second is the compression of the spinal cord in the lumbar spinal canal, such as lumbar spondylolisthesis, lumbar spinal stenosis or central lumbar disc herniation, which can also lead to compression of the spinal cord, causing significant fatigue in both legs, and in severe cases, the patient may experience intermittent claudication. Third, it is seen in patients with varicose veins in both lower extremities and venous valve closure insufficiency, which can also lead to stasis of blood in both lower extremities after walking, thus causing symptoms of fatigue in both legs.
