Causes of Closed Acne Formation

The reasons for the formation of closed pimples may be related to the abnormal keratinization and hyperplasia of the sebaceous gland ducts of hair follicles, the proliferation of Propionibacterium acnes, the high level of androgens, and the large secretion of sebaceous glands.
1. Abnormal keratinization and hyperplasia of follicular sebaceous gland ducts: This can block the pores, preventing the discharge of shed epithelial cells and resulting in closed pimples.
2. Proliferation of Propionibacterium acnes: Proliferation of Propionibacterium acnes can break down sebum and trigger inflammation, which can lead to closed pimples.
3. High androgen levels: Androgens can promote sebaceous glands to secrete large amounts of sebum, which can cause pore blockage and lead to closed pimples.
4. Large secretion of sebaceous glands: large secretion of sebaceous glands can cause blockage of the glandular opening, resulting in the formation of closed pimples.
It is recommended that people with closed pimples should not blindly squeeze them with their hands, and should take standardized treatment under the guidance of a doctor.
