Gastritis can eat vitamin-rich foods, light and easy-to-digest foods, and warm and non-irritating foods.
1. Vitamin-rich foods: common vegetables such as cabbage, radish, eggplant, winter melon, mushrooms and other vegetables, as well as bananas, apples, cherries, grapes, sugar cane, oranges and other fruits are rich in vitamins and are suitable for gastritis patients.
2. Light and easy-to-digest foods: common ones are rice porridge, millet porridge, egg custard, chicken soup, wontons, noodles, cakes, bread, tofu brain, meat froth, eight-treasure congee, rice noodle, buns, steamed buns, rolls, silver-ear and lotus seed custard, and rice soup.
3. Warm and non-irritating food: the food consumed is warm, too hot or too cold is not good for the gastritis patient’s gastric mucosa. Irritating foods such as chili peppers should also not be consumed.
There may be other types of food that can be eaten with gastritis, so consult your physician for more information based on your condition.
