Will glutathione return to normal on its own?

The normal value is usually 0-40 U/L. Whether or not it returns to normal on its own depends on the specific circumstances of the patient. If transaminases are mildly elevated due to strenuous exercise, alcohol consumption, or medications with liver damage, they can often return to normal on their own after rest, avoiding alcohol, and stopping medications. If the aminotransferase is more than 2 times higher, it is necessary to identify the cause, remove the cause and apply liver-protective drugs. For example, antiviral treatment is needed for viral hepatitis; fatty liver requires avoidance of alcohol, light diet and weight control. Therefore, patients with elevated aminotransferase should pay attention to life conditioning, eat more fresh and light food, do not eat spicy and stimulating food, avoid drinking alcohol, ensure rest, and do moderate exercise to facilitate recovery.
