Cancer is not painful at the end why

When cancer reaches the end stage, it may not feel pain, or still have relatively heavy pain. Different patients and different cancers have different performances, which should be analyzed on a case-by-case basis: 1. If the pain is not felt anymore, it is possible that the tumor did not have obvious pain originally, and may show other symptoms, such as respiratory inhibition, and possibly compression symptoms, resulting in hoarseness, inability to eat, etc.; 2. If the original pain is very strong and then suddenly no pain, it may also be that the disease has progressed to the end stage and there is a change in the level of hormone secretion in the body causing the patient to suddenly feel no pain; 3. It may be that the tumor has caused nerve paralysis, resulting in not feeling pain. Generally, further observation of the patient’s vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse and respiration, is needed to determine the patient’s condition at that time. It is possible that the patient has reached the end stage and has such a return to the light, which requires enhanced accompaniment and treatment while watching.
