There are many kinds of recipes that are suitable for gestational diabetes patients during the menstruation period. For example, for breakfast, you can drink 200-250mL of pure milk, eat a boiled egg or steamed egg custard, 50g of steamed buns with mixed grains, for lunch, you can stir-fry a plate of vegetables, plus a portion of sea rice and winter melon soup, plus a portion of cucumber or lettuce stir-fried with sliced pork, and you can choose to eat rice for the main meal. For dinner, you can have one serving of steamed tofu, plus one serving of steamed freshwater fish or sea fish, plus dumplings or buns for the main meal. If the patient’s hunger is obvious in between meals, you can add a little soda crackers or bread.
