Choledochal stone surgery is a kind of treatment for choledochal stones, which is generally categorized into transendoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography, laparoscopic minimally invasive choledochal stone extraction and open choledochal exploration and stone extraction. 1. Laparoscopic minimally invasive choledochotomy: this method refers to the incision of the common bile duct, and then through the choledochoscope to remove the stones in the bile duct, after the operation need to be placed in the T-tube for bile drainage, the T-tube usually needs to be placed for about 30-40 days. 3. Open choledochotomy: Open choledochotomy refers to making a longitudinal cut of about 1cm in the anterior wall of choledochotomy to explore the choledochotomy and take out the choledochotomy stone, and then a T-tube needs to be placed in the choledochotomy after the operation.
