Acute coronary syndromes are a group of clinical syndromes caused by acute myocardial ischemia, mainly including unstable angina, non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction, and ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction; their main symptoms are chest pain and chest tightness.
1. Unstable angina/non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction: the nature of the patient’s chest discomfort is similar to that of typical stable angina, but it is usually more severe and lasts longer, up to tens of minutes, and the chest pain can also occur at rest. Routine rest or sublingual nitroglycerin can only temporarily or even not completely relieve the symptoms.
2. ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction: ① Pain The pain site and nature are the same as angina pectoris, which often occurs in quiet time, the degree is more serious, the duration is longer, up to several hours or longer, rest and nitroglycerin tablets can not be relieved. ② systemic symptoms, fever, tachycardia and so on. Gastrointestinal symptoms: When the pain is severe, it is often accompanied by nausea, vomiting and epigastric distension.
If you feel unwell, you should go to the hospital in time, and under the guidance of the doctor, give targeted treatment after identifying the cause.
