Physiological hypotension patients mostly have no obvious symptoms, while pathological hypotension patients may have headache, dizziness, fatigue, weakness, precordial discomfort, endocrine hypoplasia, neurological dysfunction and other discomforts. 1. Asymptomatic: it is mostly seen in physiological hypotension patients, who only reach the standard of hypotension when the blood pressure is measured, but without any other self-awareness symptoms, which can be relieved by themselves without special treatment. 2. Headache, dizziness: headache is more obvious after physical or mental activities, which can be hidden pain or severe throbbing pain. Dizziness varies in severity, with the milder ones showing vertigo and black eyes, and the heavier ones fainting and falling to the ground, mostly occurring when the body position is suddenly changed. 3. Fatigue, weakness: mostly seen in the morning, mainly manifested as limb weakness, mental depression. 4. Discomfort in the precordial region: it can occur during physical and mental activities, or in a quiet state, and is mainly characterized by vague pain and other discomforts. 5. Endocrine dysfunction: some patients may experience discomfort such as lowering of blood sugar and decline in sexual function. 6. Neurological dysfunction: such as memory loss, sleep disorders, excessive sweating, pale skin, mild cyanosis, numbness of hands and feet. 7. Other: such as loss of appetite, dyspepsia, lowered resistance, abdominal discomfort, and so on. When patients have the above symptoms and suspect the existence of low blood pressure, they should consult a doctor in time to find out the cause of the disease and carry out the corresponding treatment under the guidance of the doctor, and avoid making blind judgment on their own so as not to delay the condition.
