What’s wrong with the head cold?

Cold head is mostly caused by insufficient qi and blood, deficiency of yang qi, and external exposure to wind and cold.
Weakness of qi and blood will lead to qi deficiency, which will not be solid, manifested as cold head, body weakness, dizziness, headache, panic and shortness of breath, insomnia and dreams and other symptoms. It is necessary to identify the symptoms and then choose the method of replenishing qi and blood to treat the symptoms.
Yang deficiency can also be characterized by coldness in the head, lumbar and knee weakness (a feeling of weakness in the waist and knees), cold hands and feet, diarrhea and other symptoms. Yang deficiency needs to be regulated by warming and tonifying the kidney yang (warming and replenishing the kidney yang), tonifying the heart yang, and tonifying the spleen and stomach, depending on one’s condition.
Wind-cold can also cause coldness in the head, accompanied by nasal congestion, runny nose, headache, and chills (fear of cold). The symptoms need to be treated by dispelling wind, dispersing cold and relieving pain.
It is recommended that the patient consult a doctor in a timely manner, under the guidance of the doctor to identify the evidence and then use medication.
