Small uterus mostly cannot be improved by food regimen. Small uterus is an organic disease, a developmental abnormality. If the patient is young and has not yet reached puberty, the uterus can be stimulated to develop further by taking estrogen, and then the small uterus will be improved to some extent. If the patient is an adult, further development cannot be stimulated by drugs. In addition, women with short stature also have a small uterus, but it is not significantly smaller than a normal uterus, and individual patients can still have normal pregnancies. Therefore, a small uterus is generally not able to develop further through dietary modification. If the patient has no other discomforts and her menstruation is basically normal, she may not undergo any treatment and her health is generally not affected.
