Sinus rhythm, high voltage in the left ventricle should be selected according to the original pathogenesis of the treatment program. Those caused by hypertension can generally be treated with antihypertensive drugs such as Napril, valsartan, etc.; those caused by aortic stenosis and other diseases can be followed up and observed, and surgically treated if necessary.
Sinus rhythm is a normal heart rate and is a physiologic manifestation. High voltage in the left ventricle is a pathological manifestation, a sign of left heart hypertrophy, often occurring in hypertension, aortic stenosis and other diseases. However, it also occurs in a few patients secondary to diseases such as hyperthyroidism and autonomic dysfunction.
If high voltage in the left ventricle is accompanied by hypertension, antihypertensive treatment should be carried out according to the doctor’s prescription. Antihypertensive drugs that can be taken include Benadryl, valsartan, metoprolol, amlodipine, nifedipine, etc. Different kinds of antihypertensive drugs may have different adverse reactions, commonly irritating dry cough, edema, facial fever, etc., which can be relieved after adjusting the kinds of antihypertensive drugs in general.
If accompanied by aortic stenosis, further cardiac ultrasound and other related examinations should be completed to assess the valve condition and cardiac function. In general, patients with mild to moderate stenosis can be followed up for observation, while those with severe stenosis need to undergo surgery if necessary.
If the above ECG abnormalities occur, it is recommended to consult a cardiologist and follow the doctor’s instructions for standardized treatment.
