Do I need surgery for appendicitis?

Appendicitis is most often thought of as a sudden onset of abdominal pain. What exactly is considered appendicitis? The classic term is “metastatic right lower abdominal pain”. How does it metastasize? Where does it start? How long does it take to metastasize? Classically, the pain in the stomach with vomiting metastasizes to the right lower abdomen; in other cases, the pain around the umbilicus with diarrhea metastasizes to the right lower abdomen. The metastasis usually does not take more than one day. After metastasis, the pain is mainly in the right lower abdomen. The combination of previous patients gives a recommendation: early surgery for the author!
