How to treat melasma?

  I. Intravenous drip (whitening injection) 1. Tranexamic acid 1g/100ml, 1 hour slow sedation (if the drip speed is too fast, it may cause headache). Treatment effect does not rebound.  Disadvantages: slow effect, requires rich clinical experience and high requirement for equipment.  Suitable for epidermal type of melasma, especially for patients with skin sensitivity, erythema and dermatitis. 1 time in 1 month, about 5 times in total. Post-surgery with multiple growth factor mask (1 time per day) + hyaluronic acid extract (Hyaluronic acid extract) repair.
