Multiple round hyperdense shadows in the lungs should be considered whether they are caused by pneumonic nodules or cornual tuberculosis or lung cancer.
1. Pneumonic nodules: commonly seen after bacterial infection, residual foci after chronic inflammation may form multiple nodules in the lungs. Generally, after acute inflammation is treated, the condition can recover gradually and no special treatment is needed.
2. Milky tuberculosis: tuberculosis of the lungs caused by hematogenous dissemination, with imaging manifestations of multiple round, high-oh density shadows of uniform size, uniform distribution and consistent density. Treatment is based on standardized and combined use of anti-tuberculosis drugs such as isoniazid and rifampicin.
3. Lung cancer: Lung cancer can lead to the appearance of multiple hyperdense shadows, and the treatment can be surgical resection of the tumor, supplemented by radiotherapy and chemotherapy after surgery.
If the above symptoms occur, one should consult the attending doctor in time, improve the relevant examination, clarify the cause of the disease, and treat the disease in time.
