Myocarditis is an inflammatory disease of the heart muscle, most commonly viral myocarditis, and myocarditis can cause elevated transaminases. If myocarditis causes elevated transaminases, it means that myocarditis is more serious and often myocarditis is severe or fulminant myocarditis and needs to be actively given treatment. The clinical condition of myocarditis varies from mild with no symptoms to severe with cardiogenic shock and even sudden death. For clinical myocarditis, the main thing is the need for early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment to avoid myocarditis developing into severe myocarditis or fulminant myocarditis, which can cause serious consequences and even death of the patient.
