Myocarditis test didn’t confirm if there’s something wrong with the heart

Myocarditis requires a myocardial biopsy to confirm the diagnosis, so this confirmatory test is usually not done. The prognosis of myocarditis is good, and most patients recover without problems with cardiac function, so patients do not need to worry too much.
Myocarditis is usually diagnosed by the patient’s medical history, clinical manifestations, electrocardiogram and cardiac enzyme profile, troponin and other tests, but the confirmatory test is myocardial biopsy, which is usually not performed because it is an invasive test.
As for whether there are problems with the heart in patients with myocarditis, there are problems during the period of myocarditis, and patients should rest in bed and avoid strenuous exercise to avoid aggravating the burden on the heart. Most patients with myocarditis can be cured, and there is usually no problem with heart function after cure, only a few patients will develop cardiac insufficiency.
If myocarditis is diagnosed, please follow the doctor’s instructions for treatment.
