The maximum number of shots of Thiotepa fegfilgrastim injection is not certain, but it needs to be used once per chemotherapy cycle.
Thiotepa fegfilgrastim injection is indicated for adults with non-myeloid malignancies and needs to be administered once subcutaneously 48 hours after the administration of antineoplastic agents for each chemotherapy cycle at the recommended dose of 6mg in a single injection.
Thiotepa fegfilgrastim injection may also be used to individualize treatment at a dose of 100ug/kg based on the patient’s body weight.Do not inject this drug from 14 days prior to the use of cytotoxic chemotherapeutic agents until 24 hours after chemotherapy. It is contraindicated for those who are allergic to this product. It should be contraindicated in persons with severe hepatic, renal, cardiac or pulmonary dysfunction.
The maximum dose of Thiotepa fegestatin injection that can be safely administered in a single or multiple doses has not been determined. One subcutaneous injection per chemotherapy cycle may reduce discomfort associated with repeated injections. Thiotepa fegestrin injection should always be used under the guidance of a medical professional. Before injection, the solution should be checked to see if it is clear and transparent, and should not be used further if any suspension is produced or discolored.
