Make abortion less of a “habit”

Habitual miscarriage refers to two or more consecutive spontaneous abortions, and its etiology, in addition to chromosomal, anatomical and endocrine abnormalities, is about 50% to 60% immune-related. In recent years, it is believed that the mother has low recognition and/or low response to the fetal paternal antigens during pregnancy, so that the fetus is not able to produce sufficient protective antibodies or closed antibodies and is rejected. Immunotherapy for habitual abortion is currently performed at our center. Immunogenic cells are extracted from the husband’s peripheral blood and injected into the skin of both forearms of the woman to induce the production of closed antibodies. This closed antibody has an immune protective effect on your future embryo (or fetus), and the efficiency of active immunotherapy can reach 85-90%. There have been no reports of significant side effects on the mother and offspring regarding the safety of active immunotherapy. The birth weight, postnatal growth and intelligence of immunotherapy offspring were not different from those of normal control offspring, which confirmed that immunotherapy is safe and effective.
