3. Rib fracture: external fixation and conservative treatment are enough for mild cases, while for serious cases, surgical incision and internal fixation is needed, and painkillers such as ibuprofen can be used during the period.

4. Intercostal neuralgia: Carbamazepine, phenytoin sodium and other drugs can be given for treatment.

5. Pleurisy: bacterial infection can be given amoxicillin and other antibacterial drugs, tuberculosis can be given rifampicin and other anti-tuberculosis drugs.
