Specific circumstances need to be considered and if there are unusual symptoms such as redness, pus, severe pain, rapid growth or spread of warts and increased skin surface temperature, a visit to the hospital is required to identify the specific case and further develop a treatment plan. If the warts are common, they may need to be treated with freezing or laser. If the warts are allergic in nature, the patient can apply topical glucocorticoids such as budesonide cream and take oral medication such as loratadine. If there are no symptoms or discomfort, then immediate hospitalisation is not necessary and the patient can be observed at home on their own for the time being.
