If there was no itching before the use of Dacronin and the vulvar or vaginal itching worsens after the use of Dacronin, two main possibilities are suggested. First, the patient is allergic to dacrynic acid. The patient needs to stop using dacrynic acid immediately, then use baking soda water or use water to rinse the baking soda drug residue in the vagina to clean the vulva, and then can choose to use budesonide cream topical anti-allergy for treatment. Secondly, patients use the wrong medication, so women’s vaginal inflammation aggravated and caused. If the patient has vaginal inflammation such as bacterial, trichomonas or mycoplasma, the use of dacrynic is not effective and can delay the condition leading to severe itching or local redness and pain. In this case, patients should stop using Dacronin immediately and go to the hospital first to determine the type of inflammation before choosing the drug.
