The San Fu Paste for regulating heavy dampness can be applied to Yin Ling Quan, Feng Long, Spleen Yu, Stomach Yu and other points.
Yinlingquan point: located on the inner side of the lower leg, in the depression between the lower edge of the medial tibial condyle and the medial edge of the tibia. It can strengthen the spleen and benefit the kidneys, diuresis and seepage of dampness (promoting the flow of water to dispel dampness), and energize the meridians and activate the collaterals. It is used for abdominal distension, diarrhea, edema, jaundice, dysuria (unsmooth urination), enuresis, urinary incontinence, pain in the pubic region, dysmenorrhea, spermatorrhea, and knee pain.
Fenglong: located on the lateral side of the lower leg, 8 inches above the tip of the external ankle, the outer edge of the anterior tibial muscle, one transverse finger outside the mouth of the bar. It is used for headache, vertigo, epilepsy, cough, phlegm, lower limb impotence paralysis (weakness, numbness and pain in the lower limbs), abdominal distension, constipation.
Spleen Yu: located on the back, under the spinous process of the 11th thoracic vertebra, 1.5 inches away from the posterior midline. It can be used for abdominal distension, nausea (no appetite, reduced food intake), vomiting, diarrhea, dysentery, blood in stool, edema, excessive food and hunger, emaciation, back pain.
Stomach Yu: Located on the back, below the spinous process of the 12th thoracic vertebra, 1.5 inches away from the posterior midline. It can be used for stomach and epigastric pain, vomiting, abdominal distension, bowel sounds, excessive food and hunger, body emaciation.
Patients are advised to apply San Fu Paste under the guidance of a doctor to avoid discomfort such as foaming.
