1. Mild condition: If the local skin is red, swollen and painful after being bitten by a centipede without any other symptoms, most of them are light bites, then the venom in the wound should be squeezed out immediately, and it should be extruded from proximal end to distal end, and then the wound should be rinsed out with water to avoid venom residue in the skin, and at the same time, erythromycin cream can be used externally to prevent infection.
2. Serious condition: If there are obvious symptoms of systemic poisoning such as blisters, severe pain, dizziness, nausea, or even coma after centipede bite, you should go to the hospital immediately, and brake strictly so that the skin lesion at the bite is always lower than the heart plane.
