The recurrence rate of stage IB endometrial cancer is about 15%. Stage IB endometrial cancer means that the tumor is confined to the uterine body and the depth of tumor infiltration is greater than or equal to 1/2 of the myometrium. For patients with stage IB, surgical treatment is mainly adopted, about 15% of patients can have recurrence after surgery, and 75%~95% of recurrence occurs within 2~3 years after surgery. Therefore, it is suggested that patients with endometrial cancer should have regular follow-up review after treatment in order to find out the problems in time and treat them as early as possible.
