In the last ten days, patients with advanced liver cancer will have local manifestations such as abdominal pain and swelling of lower limbs; gastrointestinal symptoms, neurological symptoms, respiratory symptoms and systemic symptoms, and patients with advanced liver cancer are usually thin and sleepy. 1. Local manifestations: obvious abdominal distension, obvious enlargement of liver; serious pain in liver area or abdomen; swelling of lower limbs due to obstruction of vascular fluid reflux. 2. Systemic symptoms: liver cancer tissues lead to bile duct obstructive jaundice and poor diet. The patient’s body is thin and malignant due to disease consumption. Due to abnormal metabolism of blood ammonia and severe physical exertion, the patient becomes drowsy or even comatose. Due to tumor metastasis or poor nutritional status of the whole body leading to a large amount of pleural effusion, the patient suffers from respiratory distress, and in severe cases, respiratory failure. Doctors and family members should patiently do a good job of explaining, accompanying patients more, making reasonable treatment plans, and not giving patients too much psychological pressure.
