What should the woman be tested for when she is ready to get pregnant?

Nowadays, the concept of eugenics is deeply rooted in people’s minds; on the other hand, the gynecology departments of hospitals are often full of patients and the registration is very tight; and a general pre-pregnancy check-up in the medical examination department cannot systematically make a comprehensive summary of women’s fertility, so what items should be checked on the female side in preparation for pregnancy? How to arrange the time? This is a question that is often asked in clinical practice. If the menstruation is on the 1st, there are 4 main tests: 1. 1~2. In the morning, we should take blood on an empty stomach to check the level of sex hormones to rule out endocrine disorders in the body. 2. 1-2 days after menstruation, go to the hospital for gynecological examination + white belt routine, mycoplasma, chlamydia to exclude gynecological inflammation. 3.Go to the hospital on the 12th, 14th and 16th for gynecological ultrasound and monitoring ovulation. 4. Tubal lavage (if it is a pre-conception checkup, it is not recommended to do a lavage test, after all, it is a somewhat traumatic test; however, if you have not conceived for more than one year, it is recommended to do a tubal lavage test to rule out tubal obstruction; if it is open but not smooth, it is recommended to do a tubal imaging further). Examination time: 1~2 days after menstruation. Generally the first three items are necessary and the fourth one will be chosen according to the specific situation. The second and fourth items must be registered for gynecological examination because they involve gynecological examination; for other examination items, male department can give priority to issue the checklist.
