Normal human heart rate is about 60-100 beats per minute, due to age, gender or other physiological factors, the specific heart rate may also have differences.
An abnormally fast or slow heart rate will have an effect on the body, such as palpitations (rapid heartbeat, often accompanied by panic), sweating, fatigue, breathlessness, dizziness, chest tightness, and other symptoms, and in severe cases, even myocardial ischemia, heart failure, and sudden death may occur.
In order to prevent these symptoms from occurring, patients need to go to a regular hospital and ask a professional doctor to help adjust the heart rate.
