MRI, because of its superior soft tissue resolution can provide more imaging information to assist our clinicians in making a reasonable diagnosis. For example, in MRI of the head, it can show more and smaller ischemic cerebral infarction lesions, which can detect hyperacute and acute cerebral infarction at an earlier stage, helping our clinicians to respond and save the patient at the first time. In addition, MRI has its unique advantages in showing the disease in the spinal canal, which can completely and clearly show the situation in the spinal canal and the change of spinal cord morphology and signal in the spinal canal. Furthermore MRI is very clear in showing the situation within the bone marrow cavity, which can assist in the diagnosis of bone marrow edema and bone contusion that cannot be determined in X-ray.
