The exact location of Nei Ting is between the 2nd and 3rd toes of the foot, behind the edge of the web of the toes, at the point of the red and white flesh margin (the junction of the palm of the hand with the back of the hand, and the heart of the foot with the back of the foot). The Nei Ting point belongs to the Foot Yangming Stomach meridian and is located between the 2nd and 3rd toes of the foot, at the red-white meat margin behind the edge of the web of the toes. It has the efficacy of clearing the stomach and diarrhea (removing fire from the stomach), and regulating the qi and relieving pain (relieving pain by unblocking qi channels). This point is mainly used for treating toothache, facial pain, sore throat, epistaxis, stomachache, acid vomiting, abdominal distension, diarrhea, dysentery, constipation, swelling and pain on the back of the foot, and fever.
