Treatment of urethral stricture

  1.Urethral dilatation: simple urethral dilatation is only suitable for milder stenosis and postoperative follow-up treatment; 2.Urethral internal incision: suitable for patients with short stenosis segments (generally Q5-8mm) and no obvious scar or thin scar; 3.Urethral dissection anastomosis: a better method for treating patients with short stenosis segments (Q3cm); 4.Urethral substitution: suitable for patients with complex urethral strictures and long stenosis segments 5. New surgical methods such as endoscopic laser resection of urethral strictures.
