It has the effect of clearing heat and lowering temperature. It is used for the treatment of knee arthritis, paralysis of the lower limbs, disorders of the knee joint and surrounding soft tissues, foot fungus, lateral femoral cutaneous nerve palsy and sciatica.
Stabbing: 1-1.5 inches straight, localized soreness and swelling, which may spread to the knee and lateral thigh. Moxibustion: moxa cone moxibustion or warm needle moxibustion 3-5 strong, moxa moxibustion for 10-20 minutes.
