What to do about allergic hives

Allergic urticaria is mainly triggered by contact with or consumption of allergens, resulting in increased vascular permeability. It can be treated by oral medication, topical medication and daily care.
1. Oral medicine: allergic urticaria can make the patient suddenly conscious of skin itching, and soon appear red or pale-white lump-like elevation of different sizes and shapes, can take antihistamines such as loratadine, chlorpheniramine, etc., in order to reduce the permeability of blood vessels, so as to alleviate the condition.
2. Topical medication: glucocorticoid preparations such as mometasone furoate cream and Dinaid cream as well as medications such as glycerite lotion can be applied locally to treat the condition, which has the effect of anti-allergy and itch relief.
3. Daily care: usually should avoid contact with perfume, formaldehyde, animal dander, pollen and other allergenic substances, in order to avoid aggravation of the condition, and at the same time try not to scratch to avoid infection.
