Why are women prone to anal fissures?

  Anal fissure is a common disease in anorectal medicine, the main symptoms of which are anal pain, habitual constipation, and blood in the stool. According to statistics, the number of young women suffering from anal fissures is much higher than that of men, so why are women prone to anal fissures?  A constipation triggered by anal fissure: women are relatively more prone to picky eating than men, which can easily cause irregular stools, most have a history of constipation. This is the fundamental way to prevent anal fissures. Early onset anal fissures can be completely cured by conservative treatment. For example, a coarse fiber diet or laxative medication can be used to soften the stool, along with topical medication.
