Cleanliness IV means severe inflammation.
Vaginal cleanliness is a test of vaginal secretions. Vaginal cleanliness is categorized into I, II, III and IV degrees.
The I or II degree indicates that the secretion is at a normal level, without stray bacteria and white blood cells, and there is no inflammatory infection; a cleanliness degree of III is an indication that the vagina has a high number of stray bacteria and white blood cells, and there is a mild inflammation; and a cleanliness degree of IV means that there are a large number of white blood cells and stray bacteria in the vagina, and there is a severe inflammation.
