Stage 1A breast cancer does not affect fertility after recovery from surgery and other therapies, which should be analyzed in the light of the condition. Breast cancer is a common malignant tumor caused by heredity, gene mutation, etc. Stage 1A represents that the tumor diameter is ≤2 cm; the lymph nodes in the axilla of the same side are not enlarged; and there is no distant metastasis. In this period, due to earlier staging and more limited lesions, the tumor can mostly be treated by breast-conserving surgical resection, which is often supplemented by radiotherapy after surgery. If the patient receives radiotherapy, a sufficient interval is needed before pregnancy. After treatment, the prognosis is good, with a five-year survival rate of about 95%. It takes about a month to return to normal life and usually does not affect the patient’s reproductive function. Patients suffering from breast cancer should consult a regular hospital in a timely manner and undergo regular post-surgical check-ups to detect recurrence in time.
