Adamantium is also known as sarsaparilla, which can be used to treat rheumatism and bone pain, bruises, dribbling in urine, excessive amount of diarrhea, furuncles (mostly occurring in the limbs or face sores, shape small root base deep, like nails hard) carbuncles and so on. Discriminative treatment is more effective, there is no cure for what disease is the best statement. This taste is sweet, slightly bitter, astringent and flat in nature. It belongs to the liver and kidney meridians. It has the efficacy of inducing dampness and removing turbidity, dispelling wind and removing paralysis, and detoxifying and dispersing blood stasis. It is commonly used in the clinic for the coldness of waist and both lower limbs, wind-fearing pain, pain aggravated by cold and stretching, difficulty in walking, acidity and heaviness. This product can also be used to treat red and white dysentery, intestinal tinnitus and abdominal pain, frequent urination, lumbar and knee impotence, numbness of the skin, women with a large amount of subcutaneous discharge. Adverse effects of this product is not clear, allergic persons should be cautious.
