Bruises on the face may be caused by weak skin, high blood pressure and heart failure.
1. Weak skin: when the skin cuticle is thin, subcutaneous blood vessels can be observed through the skin by the naked eye. When the subcutaneous capillaries are dilated, there can also be a phenomenon of blood vessels protruding. These are related to individual constitution, and are mostly seen in the elderly, thin people, fair-skinned people, infants and young children.
2. Hypertension: When the blood pressure of hypertensive patients is not well controlled, the blood vessels become congested and dilated, resulting in obvious facial veins and bruises.
3. Heart failure: patients with heart failure, the blood back to the heart is blocked, which can cause the facial blood vessels to dilate significantly, resulting in the appearance of bruises on the face.
The veins on the face may also be related to other reasons. If the veins are obvious or accompanied by other discomforts, it is recommended to go to the hospital to clarify the causes and carry out relevant treatments.
